    We are actively looking for a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/x) for our in-house projects and products portfolio in the healthcare domain. It is an entry-level role that involves providing initial support including investigation and diagnosis of the issue, recording the incident, restoration of service if possible, and assignment of incidents to the DevOps team as required. Support provided for all applications is performed within negotiated service levels and to customers’ satisfaction. The role also implies the participation to the projects and products evolution through quality insurance and testing of the performed changes.
